Performed preventative maintenance on 12-year-old fuel oil furnace that had previously stopped working. Replaced oil filter and nozzle, cleaned electrodes, inspected blower and belt, and verified transformer functionality. Customer was advised about the furnace's age and associated concerns. System was successfully returned to operational condition.
