Conducted water quality testing procedure to evaluate client's water supply, comparing clear sample against amber/brown sample to determine contaminant levels and appropriate water treatment system requirements. Test results will inform recommendations for filtration or purification solutions to address identified water quality issues.
Conducted comprehensive inspection of existing plumbing configuration featuring copper supply lines with visible aging and potential minor corrosion at joints. System includes braided stainless steel flexible connectors to valve fixtures and PVC integration. Documented current condition of ceiling-mounted assembly for future reference and maintenance planning.
Conducted inspection of Rheem Performance water heater showing significant corrosion, mineral buildup, and white calcium deposits around top connection points. Noted damaged black foam pipe insulation with visible splits exposing underlying material. Observed possible leakage or condensation issues evidenced by white streaking down tank sides, indicating system requires replacement due to age-related deterioration.
Removed and replaced damaged drain pipe from garbage disposal unit due to internal corrosion and residue buildup. Successfully installed new PVC pipe components and reconnected the black disposal unit to the drainage system, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections throughout the assembly.
Conducted comprehensive plumbing inspection of basement utility area, examining primary pipe infrastructure and connections. Identified aging copper piping with visible corrosion and tarnishing at PVC transition points, particularly at L-shaped junction where dissimilar materials meet. Documented potential areas of concern for future maintenance consideration.
Inspected bathroom fixtures including toilet installation with proper water supply connection and a shower system equipped with dual showerheads. Noted some mineral buildup on the rainfall showerhead that may require future maintenance. All plumbing connections appear secure and functional.
Conducted detailed assessment of existing toilet installation in bathroom with gray wood-look flooring. Fixture appears to be standard white porcelain model in good working condition with proper wall clearance and functional paper holder adjacent to unit. No visible leaks or installation issues identified during inspection.
Successfully installed new garbage disposal unit under kitchen sink. Completed proper mounting of the black disposal motor to sink flange and connected all white PVC drain pipes with appropriate fittings. Ensured secure connections with rubber gasket and verified system functionality before completing service.
Performed comprehensive tankless water heater flush service to remove mineral buildup and sediment. Inspected clear sediment trap and drainage components, confirming proper functioning of condensate system. Verified all connections, valves, and PEX supply lines were secure and operating correctly after service completion.
Conducted inspection of existing water treatment system in utility room, consisting of a primary blue cylindrical filtration/softener tank and secondary brine tank. System appears properly installed with appropriate copper pipe connections, functioning brine line, and proper positioning relative to water heater. No immediate service concerns identified with the current installation configuration.
Upon arrival customer stated that the unit had been running smoothly for over a week since last repairs were completed and then last Wednesday it seemed to run longer and then it wouldn’t come on even after 1 hour of control calling for heat. She left it be and when she woke up this morning it was running but blowing cooler air. We arrived I checked error codes through remote and found none active and unit running. I checked delta t and had 74 return air and 78 supply air. I have a call into diakin tech support to get information about what the unit is capable of doing during outdoor temperatures below 40. If it’s refrigerant related we will need to return and do an extensive leak check but as of today all flare joints don’t have any oil around them. Will update once I get information from diakin.
Arrived for a furnace and ac tuneup up. Both units are operational at this time.
Arrived for a tune up on a magic pak unit. Heating and cooling are operational at this time.
Minor tank rebuild for the master bathroom toilet. Replaced the toilet fill valve. Tested the toilet with proper flush and fill with no leaks or issues.
