Performed fall tune-up maintenance on three geothermal systems per maintenance agreement. Cleaned routine components, inspected units, and identified rusting likely caused by evaporator coil leak. Serviced and tested upright geo including drain cleaning and electric heat function verification. Water-to-water geo system was tested with both hot water coil and in-floor heating components operating properly.
