I was called to a home to repair a clogged drain. The customer had tried to clear the drain with a plunger and a snake, but the clog was too severe. I used a drain snake to break up the clog and then installed a new safety shut-off switch to prevent future clogs. The customer was very satisfied with the results and asked me to come back and take care of the drains more frequently.
