I was called to a condo to turn on the water. Upon arrival, I found that the condo had no water. I checked the water heater and found that there was no water in the tank. I checked the wiring and elements and found that they were all working properly. I then drained the tank and found that there was no debris in the tank. I then shut off the water and drained the pressure in the tank. Finally, I unplugged the tank and left the condo.
