I recently conducted a maintenance visit on a residential air conditioning system. During the session, I assessed the condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil, recorded the blower amp draw, inspected the cleanliness of the condenser coil, examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires, and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. I also confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance.
