I am a highly skilled home service professional. I was called out to inspect a toilet and bathroom on the first floor. The client stated that the toilet was not flushing correctly. I inspected the toilet at the base and did not notice any water at the base or the supply line. I also did not notice any water at the base during multiple visits. I inspected the tank, flushed it while the tank lid was off, and did not notice any issues with either part. The client stated that they did not notice any issues with drainage in the laboratory sink or the tub and shower combo, indicating that it is not a vent issue. I flushed the toilet nine times to ensure that it was working properly every single time I flushed it. No issues were found. I'm good to go here.
