Upon arrival, we assessed the situation involving frozen lines in the home, a consequence of the recent storm. The client informed us that the lines had been frozen for some time. With two bathrooms in the home, we prioritized our efforts to ensure both were operational. We meticulously inspected and addressed the frozen lines, taking necessary measures to thaw and restore functionality. Given the severity of the issue, we communicated to the client that while we aimed to complete the job efficiently, it might take more than an hour. Our focus remained on delivering effective and reliable service throughout the process.
