I arrived at the customer's home to find that the air conditioner was not working. I checked the power supply and found that it was working fine. I then checked the capacitor and found that it was bad. I replaced the capacitor and the unit started working again. I checked the pressures and temperatures of the unit and found that it was working properly. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
