I was called to a home to diagnose a heating and air conditioning issue. The customer reported that the system was not working and that there were no error codes stored. I performed a thorough inspection of the system and found that the control board was malfunctioning. I replaced the control board and tested the system. The system was now working properly. I explained to the customer the issue and the solution. I also provided them with information on how to prevent the issue from occurring again.
