I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a plumbing maintenance job for a client who had three bath and a half bathrooms. During the inspection, I found that all the toilets flushed great and there was no leakage coming from the supply line or water coming from the base. I also inspected the faucets and all the bathrooms, and they worked beautifully, turning on and off with ease. The showers and soak tub were standing showers that turned on and off with ease. There was no access panel near the soak tub, but the client did have access to it. The water heater was from 2019 and had been in the home for 5 years. However, due to its age, I did not flush it to avoid the possibility of it cracking. The water heater was a 75-gallon Bradford White natural gas heater, and it did need a pan due to its proximity to a furnished area. The client also had a radon system, and the radon reading was at 2.2".
