I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a hot water tank flush and inspection for a client. I verified the operation of the thermostats and found that the hot water tank was functioning well. I also checked for any sediment in the tank and found that there was very little. I discussed any concerns that the client may have had within the home and the client was happy with how the hot water tank was operating.
