I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I recently completed a furnace maintenance job for a customer. During the maintenance, I checked the operation of the system, cleaned carbon buildup off the flame sensor, and checked the amp draw of the blower and inducer motor. I also replaced the air filter and inspected the electrical connections. The customer was very satisfied with the work and expressed that the furnace was running more efficiently than ever before.
