I completed preventative maintenance on three furnaces, two upstairs furnaces checked out great with no safety concerns and optimal members. The furnace downstairs had a cracked heat exchanger and was not safe to operate to perform preventative checks. I shut off the gas to the unit and discussed with the client the next steps, which included replacing the furnace. I emailed the estimate over and we will hear back from the client soon.
