I recently completed a furnace replacement for a customer. The old furnace was a 96 model and was nearing the end of its lifespan. The condenser unit was also a 96 model and was showing signs of wear and tear. The customer was concerned about reliability issues associated with age and the availability of repair parts. I replaced the old furnace with a new high-efficiency model and installed a new condenser unit. The customer was pleased with the results and expressed relief that they would not have to worry about their furnace breaking down in the middle of winter.
