I was working as a professional for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was assigned to do a furnace maintenance job for a customer. I arrived at the customer's house and started the maintenance process. I took pictures of the furnace and attached them to the form. The customer was satisfied with the work. I also followed up on the customer's request to test for radon in the house.
