The thermostat was set to 76 degrees, which I explained might be challenging to achieve, especially given the current cold weather. I recommended maintaining the temperature between 68-72 degrees for ideal comfort and efficiency. The customer appreciated the detailed explanation and took my advice to improve the unit's performance.
