I was called to a home for two issues. The first issue was a toilet that was not filling up all the way, causing a gurgling noise. I found that the fill valve tube was not attached properly, which was causing the issue. I replaced the fill valve tube and the toilet was working properly again. The second issue was with a soak tub with jets. I inspected the drain line and water lines, and everything was dry. I informed the client that I did not work on the jets, as they are not covered under my warranty. I also inspected the wood around the tub and found evidence of a leak. The client is going to monitor the possible leak and get in touch with the warranty company.
