I was called to replace a gas valve for a furnace that had been having issues with moisture. Upon inspection, I found that the furnace had a lot of moisture inside, which may have caused other parts to fail prematurely. I replaced the gas valve and tested the heating works, and the furnace is now working properly. The furnace cabinet is dry at this time.
