I completed a no-cool call on a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the compressor was over-ramping on startup, indicating that the compressor was about to fail. I also noticed that the evaporator coil was cracked, which is a sign of a failing heat exchanger. I red-tagged and condemned the furnace, and the client will need to discuss with their wife what to do next.
