We received a service call regarding an electric furnace issue. The client reported a strange smoke smell and had shut off the system. Upon inspection, we discovered a bird that had landed on the electric strip heaters and unfortunately died. We carefully removed the bird and thoroughly checked the resistance heaters for any damage. After ensuring everything was in good working order, we restored the system. The furnace is now operating efficiently with proper amperage and voltage, and the client is satisfied with the service provided.
