Derrick came out late on a very cold night in 2026 in January. He identified the problem quickly and as promised, DOR MAR sent someone (him) back the next day. His troubleshooting was spot on and the replacement part fixed the issue. Thank-you to DOR MAR for honoring the labor and parts warranty and to Derrick for the speedy service.
