Conducted standard maintenance inspection on 12-year-old Trane furnace (model TUH2D060M3V3BA). System components including igniter, flame sensor, gas valve, control board, draft motor, blower motor, and blower wheel were evaluated and found to be in satisfactory condition. Discovered two significant cracks in the heat exchanger, requiring immediate safety shutdown of the system. Due to safety concerns, customer opted for consultation regarding replacement options.
