Performed comprehensive tune-up on 3-year-old natural gas furnace. Conducted full inspection including combustion analysis, gas pressure verification, and examination of heat exchanger, which showed signs of corrosion around openings. Cleaned condensation trap and pressure switch, tested flame sensor and burners, and verified proper operation of blower assembly. Thermostat functioning correctly with normal heating performance. Filter in moderate condition. Lennox unit currently operating within normal parameters with no immediate concerns requiring attention.
