Conducted annual preventive maintenance on 6-year-old furnace. Performed operational testing, inspected temperature rise and gas pressure, and cleaned routine components. Examined igniter assembly and blower wheel during inspection. Air filter showing initial signs of contamination but still functional; recommended customer keep replacement filters on hand. All systems verified operating within normal parameters.
