Performed routine furnace tune-up on an 11-year-old FRP unit. Replaced dirty filter, inspected all components finding electrical systems within specification despite inducer motor making noise (documented with video). Heat exchanger integrity verified with no compromises, system operation tested with proper gas pressures and temperature rise of 65 degrees. Discussed noisy inducer motor with customer (previously replaced under warranty 5 years ago) and recommended future estimate for replacement, which customer opted to defer.
