Performed routine tune-up on 20-year-old Slant/Fin water boiler. Diagnosed and addressed water leakage from relief valve caused by excessive system pressure (~30 psi). Adjusted auto fill valve, set pressure to approximately 15 psi, cleaned burners, and verified system stabilized at 18 psi when heated to 160°F. Customer advised to monitor pressure, with possible future expansion tank or relief valve replacement if issues persist.
