Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about flooded basement. Found water heater not leaking at all ran water and shower and sink to figure out if leak was coming from there was not. Customer stated that the power went out late last night early this morning. Causing sump pump not to work and allowing water to back up. Gave customer estimate for battery backup system.
