We received great service, just wish the gap between the service call which couldn’t resolve the issue (we think a dead mouse in one vent) and the duct cleaning was closer together. There was also a dramatic difference between the expected price given by the service call tech ($300 or more depending on number of vents) and the quoted price ($1400). Our tech handled it really well and we were able to pare down the services for a final cost of $758. I don’t know what other companies would have charged but our tech did a fantastic job.
