04/10/25 Rob J II Today, we found that the main sewer is plugged. It will need to be snaked from a clean-out or pulled from the toilet. We noticed that both of the toilets are allowing water to pass through the wax ring onto the floor. We informed Lisa that this is not how it should function, and if anything, the toilet should just overflow rather than leak onto the floor. The home is less than a year old and still under warranty.
