Upon arrival find sunroom door closed and a draft stopper at the bottom of the door. Customer stated the room does not warm up and no air flow noticed. There is a supply air to the room but no return air. Turned on furnace. Inspect filter and blower. There is a good volume of air coming out of the register. And more so if the door is open. The room does warm up. Just not like the rest of the house. Unfortunately it is what it is. Being that the room is all windows, no return air and thermostat location on opposite side of living space. The customer stated that with air conditioning the space cools better and they leave the door open. They closed it in the heating season because of the draft Under the door. Same issue as always with bathroom exhaust and tissue paper test on meadow wing. Kurt in maintenance tried balancing and adjusting bypass between RTU return and exhausts in bathrooms. Core on ERV is plugged and I believe it may be collapsing internally on itself. I recommend replacing 1st with filters and see what happens rather than looking for a problem that may not exist. There is no heat, and water is on the floor from a plugged condensate trap. I rinsed out the trap, but it kept getting a 43 code, and the low-pressure switches did not open. I found water in the pressure switch due to the trap overflowing. Because of this, the pressure switch is failed and needs to be replaced. Given that the furnace is 15 years old, I would recommend getting it replaced. Quoted replacing pressure switches, order from Auer steel part number HK06MB011. Shaun to come out and quote furnace.
