Conducted comprehensive inspection of shower valve assembly in tiled enclosure. Identified control valve with reference number 41023140, which was properly installed with no visible damage. Noted functional operation of the valve mechanism and confirmed no leaks in the surrounding plumbing connections.
Performed two Air conditioner tuneups. Replaced a 16x25x4 filter and a 20x25x4 filter. Cleared out both units drains, cleaned both condensers and cleared out all debris inside of the units. Both capacitors are within specs and wiring looks good. The older unit (1999) is operating properly, however it is low on refrigerant. It will still cool, but not as efficiently and considering its age it would be my recommendation to get this air conditioner replaced.
