Performed inspection of existing water heater installation. Unit appears to be properly installed with required copper piping connections and pressure relief valve in place. Examined surrounding structural elements including joists and PVC plumbing lines. Water heater is positioned correctly against concrete block wall with all manufacturer labels intact and no visible leaks or damage.
