I am unable to perform a tune-up. All wiring inside the outdoor condenser unit is burnt up. A mouse took residence inside the compressor blanket and chewed and shorted the wires on the compressor heater, causing all the wires to burn up. The unit cannot run, so I don’t know if the internal compressor wiring is also shorted. The unit is 12-13 years old. Turn information over to Ian to talk with the customer about replacing the air conditioner and maybe the furnace.

Completed Preventative maintenance. Oil\filter, air filter, battery test and inspect, inspect all electrical and fuel connections, c\o cabinet. While pulling spark plugs, found the rear cylinder plug was cross threaded or over tightened at the factory causing damage to cylinder head. After several attempts, I was able to remove spark plugs assess the damage, and take some photos for the warranty repair claim. I was able to put anti-cease on new spark plug and thread back into cylinder head to keep generator in operation until repair can be made.
