Furnace had fire in burner box. Rollout code and high limit. Adequate gas supply and venting appears fine. Did temporarily jump rollouts and ran for 10 minutes with no issues. Disabled again for safety reasons. Have calls into tech supt to no avail and left message with Charlie. I was called to a home to repair a broken air conditioner. I found that the unit was tripped on limit, 60 dt, 24ppm, and the exhaust and filter were dirty. I cleared the trap, inspected the exhaust, and filter, and pulled the filter. The unit continued to run without shutting down, so I gave the customer information on the warranty and filters and maintenance. I also explained that the unit was operating properly.
