Arrived at call for water leaking issue next to boiler. Found expansion tank that we installed in 2022 was failed. There is only a 1 year warranty on those expansion tanks so it’s no longer under warranty. There’s some other things that should be addressed as well. Spoke with customer on the phone. Going over everything with mark tomorrow and sending customer repair estimates. Will be in touch. -Brandon
Call for inspecting furnace after a water line break. Water had been spraying on back side of unit to include truck line and return drop. Open system up, checked components, water got into furnace compartments, but not onto the motors or control boards. Waked up water that I could and test brand system all looks good and checks good at this time.. Thank you, Dave
