Install Bradford white 40 gallon std vent water heater. Tested no leaks. All is good.
Estimate Inspected downstairs, we have more than three leaks. We also have 1/2 inch running off of the water heater replumb, 3 to 3 1/2 hours to complete the job.
2 zone valves, upstairs zone plunger leaking, replaced B&G valve with owners, ran from thermostat and turning on boiler correctly, basement valve not working and won’t turn on system by itself, owner oked only having upstairs zone working and removed top of basement zone for now, will think about options in the fall
Free furnace replacement quote for a new high-efficiency gas furnace.
Installed owner provided kitchen faucet. Reconnected to existing water supply stops for hot & cold. Replaced seal for supply stops due to them not turning off fully. After installation, ran tests. No leaks.
Estimate to remove knob and tubing in house for lights and switches and a couple outlets.
Installed alto rd toilet. Closet collar has compression repair flange. Tested for leaks and all is good.
