Performed inspection of residential tanked water heater system located in utility room. Examined electrical connections at terminal block by accessing service panel. Verified proper installation of expansion tank and copper supply lines. System appeared to be in good working condition with no visible leaks or deterioration.
Successfully installed a chrome shower/tub combination fixture including a lever-handle temperature control and matching bathtub spout on white subway-tiled wall. Tested operation and confirmed proper water flow and temperature regulation with no leaks present at connection points.
Arrived for a furnace and ac tuneup. The inducer motor on the furnace is very loud do to the bearings going bad. This will fail at some point. I will send an estimate with this invoice to replace the motor. Everything seems fine with the furnace and ac. Both are operational at this time.
