Arrived for a furnace and ac tuneup. The inducer motor on the furnace is very loud do to the bearings going bad. This will fail at some point. I will send an estimate with this invoice to replace the motor. Everything seems fine with the furnace and ac. Both are operational at this time.
Service call - help on Thielmann boiler call Lochinvar water heater Error code for ignition Replaced igniters (1 - customer supplied and 1 - supplied by us) Installed new main control board - programmed most settings (cascade address, temperature ratings, etc) but was unable to get boiler to fire due to not getting a signal from the main boiler. Need to return to finalize programming with Fluid Handling tech support and complete testing 4/14/2025 - return to complete programming and pairing with other unit Tested and verified system fired up System operating properly after repairs
