Remove water heater and installed customer provided water heater added two three-quarter inch couplings, use pre-existing cold press copper customer requested and one 2 inch coupling seven PVC tested for gas and water leak all is good. customer will call the office in the morning for payment.
Installed new sill cock on left front of house that froze and burst due to weather. Comes with two years parts and labor warranty.
Customer and I decided to remove garbage disposal and doing so we decided to install sink strainer P-trap and adapt to one T and used one bottle of clover to thin out grease tested filling up both sinks several times with hot water. All is clear. and then went in master bath bedroom cleaned out hair from stopper. I then adjusted stopper so customer will be able to pull it out and pull her own hair out when needed tested all is good.
Augered men’s toilet and couldn’t get thru. Pulled toilet to find a toy in trap and couldn’t not remove. Nikki said she would get new toilet and install.
Found leak coming from old hammer arrestors replaced both hot and cold all is good.
Installed new 12” Woodford outside faucet front of house, connected to existing as needed. Tested no leaks. Rear of house faucet, also replaced with 8” Woodford faucet, needed to open drywall for access, did so, tested no leaks.
Found leaking between drive gears, took apart piston, stack assembly, put back together saw no more leaking. Saw no issues with brine suction, and prints on stack looked good yet.

Installed new shutoff valves at bar sink, toilet, and lav. Reconnected plumbing at bar sink, and lav. Installed customer supplied toilet, installed shower arm and owner supplied hand held sprayer. Upstairs cut and capped 1/2 in water lines, and capped 1 1/2 drain line from old bar sink. Installed air admits valve downstairs on back side of bar sink.
Pinhole on top of shower valve running towards shower head. Cleaned up pipe & resolder’ed piping to stop leak. After completion, ran multiple tests. Leak stopped. Good to go. Warranty.
Remove old electrical for oven and cooktop and make micro outlet wire safe for cabinets to be installed. Customer will call to schedule me to come back in the middle of the week to finish the work.
Installed owner provided 3/4 filter for whole house filter. After installation ran tests. No leaks.
