Conducted annual plumbing inspection of bathroom fixtures. Examined multiple sinks including a white porcelain basin with dark metallic faucet and a beige composite sink with oil-rubbed bronze three-piece fixture set. All fixtures were functioning properly with no leaks or damage observed.
