Performed comprehensive maintenance on combi boiler system including thorough inspection of heat exchanger, ignitor, mixing valve, pumps and manifold. Cleaned heat exchanger and ignitor, verified proper operation of zone board and combustion air. Confirmed intake and exhaust flue clearance and checked all system settings. Completed requested domestic water heat exchanger flush and circulated system with purge of infloor components. System restored to normal operation with all parameters verified using diagnostic equipment.
