Repiped water line from pressure tank to main feed due to 1” copper pipe bursting. Installed new 1” pex by sweat ball valve to connect house to tank. After installation, the homeowner asked to do a walk-around and locate any leaks or issues in the home; the toilet in the master bathroom has a cracked tank and pours water continuously. Recommend replacement of toilet. The downstairs bathroom shower will not turn off & water pours from alongside the trim. The belief valve is also busted & will need to be replaced. No other issues in the home with water lines, turned off water & pump per customer request. 2008 40 gal power vent water heater reading error code “pressure switch failure” attempted to master reset heater & switch but no luck, recommend replacing heater due to age and issue with new 40 gallon power vent Bradford white with 10 year warranty.
