Callback for no heat. Found unit sooted up. Cleaned electrodes, nozzle, and adjusted electrodes. System fired up. After runtime of 30 minutes, found high levels of CO leaking into home. 15PPM of CO out of bedroom registers - unsafe operation. Turned unit off and informed customer.
