Responded to commercial no-heat call for older furnace making loud noises. Diagnosed broken inducer motor bracket causing motor wobble and preventing proper furnace startup. Inspected heat exchanger, noting significant rust deterioration. Also identified issues with adjacent furnace including plugged condensate drain and broken collector box. Customer approved repairs for both units but is considering replacement of both aging furnaces.
