Found unit low on charge, outdoor low pressure switch failed. Compressor kept running with no refrigerant, improper flue pipe, improper gas line, dirty blower. No te standard flood protection flood protection. Txv was also restricted. Due to cost of repairs and age of unit. Recommended replacement of upstairs unit. Customer is possibly interested in replacement of both systems. Upstairs unit is non operational at this time.
