Austin was right on time and wasted no time breeding what he would be doing. Austin and his helper were very polite and trustworthy, so much so I left to attend a meeting with no worries of them being in my home. The work looks great and operates even better. Austin took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat and all of the features of my new system. I always chose TE and will continue to do so any time I need HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical. Hopefully I won’t need you guys for a while but when I do, I know the work will be excellent and my appointment will be soon.

The guys came out and quoted a job with a great explanation of why and what they would be doing. They were very friendly and personable which made me feel comfortable and that is something you rarely get when hiring someone for any services. Cory and his helper were very knowledgeable and educated me on the ins and outs of residential plumbing from installation to system operations. They educated me on how to make adjustments to my system as well as how to bring my self installed water heater up to code for my area. I will be using them again and I will ask to have Cory come back. Absolutely trust his knowledge and his copper work is down right beautiful.

Ran auger snake in main toilet, cleared blockage.
16 year old Trane Gas furnace and AC. System not heating, high limit tripped and blower motor has failed. Inspected blower wheel, inducer motor, and heat exchanger. The Neat exchanger is cracked in multiple places on the 2 left cells. I can only access these cells but is most likely they are in the same condition. The blower wheel is impacted with debris and seized. The inducer motor bearings are worn and inducer is over amping. Due to the age, condition, and repair cost exceeding replacement, I recommended updating this equipment. The home requested we send out an install supervisor, I scheduled this for today asap, only system for the home. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great weekend!
Inspected the whole home HVAC system to find the cause of no heating. Found that the low voltage side of the control board was not turning on. Checked for power coming into the furnace. Replaced the transformer to see if there is a difference. Discovered that the furnace control board has failed. Reported all findings and recommendations to the customer.
Inspected system to find the cause of no heat and found a failed furnace control board. Will need to call Goodman and check on the availability of the part once an estimate is signed.
Replace main shutoff, Pressure regulator valve, expansion tank and hot water shut off for water heater.
Installed a customer supplied drop in sink and faucet. Thoroughly tested work and cleaned our work area.
