Called out for a backed up toilet, tested lines on main floor lines are open and flowing. Recommend a camera inspection if happens again.
homeowner had us out today because his second floor system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed there is a system that is from 1998. We turned the system on and noticed that the outdoor fan motor will not kick on. We checked the capacitor which was out of range. We also noticed that the fan motor will not start at all even with a good capacitor and the fan motor had to be replaced. Customer approved to have motor and capacitor replaced
