Came out for no water to pool house found shut off turned on found two freeze breaks gave estimate customer agreed replaced ball valve and repaired 3/4 freeze break turn water on found two more freeze breaks one is accessible the other one is between walls both are wood cu is going to get someone to take down wood and call us back for repairs.
Came out for leaking hose checked pressure,pressure was 90 psi gave estimate to replace pressure regulator valve and hose Bibb customer agreed took out old pressure regulator and hose replaced with new pressure regulator valve and hose Bibb tested no failure at this time.

Miss Noah had us out today to give estimate to relocate vent up under cabinet once she gets cabinets. Upon giving quote to relocate 6 inch supply to toe kick under cabinets before cabinet install gave customer a quote to inspect full system while I was here. After inspection of full system found 23 year-old gas furnace in crawlspace and 13 year-old AC. Upon completing inspection found that the indoor blower will is dirty. Indoor coil has a little buildup. Indoor capacitor is out of range and heat exchanger has some discoloration. Upon inspecting the outdoor unit found compressor pulling high amps found outdoor capacitor weak and out of range, found the unit was not able to breathe properly, causing a lot of strain on compressor due to the surrounding area found outdoor coil dirty with debris inside. Upon presenting to customer, customer wants to proceed with the work right before she gets her cabinets installed.

Today we installed a TE supplied floodlight on left side corner by the driveway. We ran a wire from that box to the back of the house and installed two more floodlights on the back of the house both TE supplied. We ran a wire to the middle of the back of the house and installed a customer supplied ring floodlight. We removed two recalled SYCOM surge protectors and installed two new surge ultras in the main panels in the basement. We installed two customer supplied bulbs in the fan for the bathroom as well as a battery for the remote. We installed a customer supply bulb on a fixture downstairs in the basement and removed one bulb from a broken socket. I do recommend that that fixture get changed out.. We did a fan 18 ft in the main living area. Customer supplied. No remote. Switch driven. We installed 3 lights. 2 chandeliers, 1 in the dining room and 1 in the foyer. We installed a wall hugger light in the sitting room.
