Customer called us out for a kitchen sink stoppage. I will attempt to remove stoppage by using the snake. Customer does not have the proper fittings underneath the kitchen cabinet and I would have to cut the pipe to access the drain line and then also perform a repair after snaking the drain. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. However, water is draining slowly so there’s still something in the drain line. We need a camera inspection performed, but we need a camera that can fit a one and a half inch drain line. I also used the mini jet and this was still not able to fully clear the line. I did this as a courtesy for the customer. Customer is very satisfied. There was also a major water leak from the water heater, and I have a service technician coming out for this. Customer also has polybutylene pipe and is recommended to replace.

No flood protection on unit and filter was very dirty not changed for a long time.

Homeowner had us out today because their second floor system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival, homeowner informed us that they noticed a lot of water buildup in the emergency drain pan and sometimes the refrigerant lines will freeze over. We checked airflow and found that the filter was regularly changed and no restriction. We checked refrigerant pressure and noticed that the system was extremely low on refrigerant indicating a leak within the system. We found a leak to be at the evaporator coil. We also noticed that the 40/3 capacitor was out of range and needed to be replaced. The outdoor coil was very dirty and would recommend cleaning. We Attempted to get homeowner financed which was declined at this time. They will call back at a later date to schedule repairs. We also noticed some biological buildup in the inside of the system and recommended to install UVC.
