For this job, I installed a new outlet on an existing lighting circuit in the living room of the finished basement. The scope of work included cutting in a new box below the existing light-switch box, fishing a new cable down to the outlet location, installing the new receptacle and cover plate, and tying the new wiring into the existing circuit at the switch box. During the visit, the customer also requested that I investigate intermittent light flickering occurring in multiple rooms. I performed a courtesy inspection that included checking for voltage fluctuations (none observed), verifying torque on terminal screws in the main panel and branch circuits, and inspecting the main breaker connections with a focus on neutrals. Because the issue affects multiple areas of the home, it is likely related to a utility-side problem or potentially an aging main breaker. I also completed a load calculation to confirm the home was not exceeding its available amperage capacity. Based on the findin

as we arrive today, he was explained to us that the clothes washer would work off and on and then just shut down. There were also some kitchen lights that were not working. After a performing a troubleshoot on the laundry outlet, we found that the outlet was severely burned and melted. We replaced the laundry outlet with a new one and everything worked properly again. In the kitchen, there were three bulbs that were burned out. They decided to go ahead and replace all seven of the recess light bulbs with new ones while we were doing those three. It was very nice meeting you today! If we can ever help you with anything else, please let me know. Thank you, Brandon

as we arrived today, Karsten explained he tried putting up the ceiling fan himself, but ran into some issues. We finished installing the ceiling fan for him, and while we were here left some estimates for future work, including a grounding system that they recommended for him. It was great meeting you today, Karsten! If you got any questions about the estimate or need anything else, feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon

Came out because two out of four units were not cooling. I checked the everything and found that the compressor on both units were bad. The customer had a 1st opinion but wanted another one to be safe. I left the customer with options for repairs. Offered to have an install supervisor come out but the customer declined because they are leaning towards repair.
We arrived back here today, October 13 to fulfill the work on the estimate. We installed six direct wire ballast bypass 4 foot T8 bulbs on three separate lights. We removed the existing ballast on all three lights, and once everything was finished all three lights worked properly again. Last we ran a new circuit from the electrical panel in the basement across the basement ceiling about 60ft, where we drilled a hole up into the wall to gain access to Mr. Weston’s bedroom where we installed a plastic cut in box, white duplex receptacle and cover. Installed a 20 amp Siemens dual function breaker in the panel to control power for the new circuit. Made all wire connections and the new circuit worked properly. It was very nice meeting all of you! If we can ever help you with anything else, please let us know. Thank you, Brandon
We arrived today to check problems with lights not working. We also checked on power usage to a medical bed. Power was working properly on the lighting circuit. Both basement lights and kitchen light have bad ballast. In the bedroom it was explained to us that the circuit would sometimes trip if the heater was on. The heater plus medical bed pulls 24 amps together with only a 15 amp circuit supplying power to the room. We are returning Monday to install a new circuit for the bedroom and install LED retrofits on all 3 lights. It was nice meeting both of you today! See you Monday! Brandon
