We arrived back today. We came to fulfilled the estimate of a panel restoration, surge protector, and electrical grounding system. I first removed all of the existing breakers in the electrical panel and replaced them with new ones. Next time installed a search protector on the bottom of the panel. Last and that’s what grounding system was installed in the back of the house. Installed two 8’ ground rods on the backside of the house in front of those ground garage. We ran a number four ground wire all the way to the electrical panel where we installed a ground bar to mount it all. Inside the panel, all of the ground wires were removed from the neutral bar and installed on the new ground bar. I also installed a grounding jumper from the new ground bar over to the neutral bar. Last I separated, all double tapped neutrals on the neutral bar. It was great seeing you again, Karsten! Hope you and your family have a great year. If I can ever help you with anything else, please let me know.

I arrived to the property and the customer had a backed up main sewer. I ran a camera inspection to the outdoor clean out. I found a broken section of piping in the yard and an open sewer line with no cleanout cap on top of it in the middle of the yard as well. I discussed with the customer how we would need to do a spot repair on the sewer and then also said how we would put a cap on the random sewer line in the yard. They initially signed off and had to schedule to do the work Wednesday and paid the third deposit then canceled immediately. The estimate will be good for 30 days.

Troubleshoot for tripping breaker. (See troubleshooting line item for notes) Panel is in desperate need for replacement, besides being 30 years old, it has severely rusted, has been infested by bugs, has no main point of disconnect and no grounding system.

Came out today to perform one system HVAC full inspection. Upon arrival, customer stated that the system was not working and heat mode. Upon inspection of the system, found that the filter was completely clogged, the blower wheel had buildup, the flood protection for the system is not TE standard because it is not a water sensor, Voutdoor condenser coil had build up with leaves and debris, the ductwork is also very dirty, there is no UV protection on the system. Upon replacing the filter and testing the system, found all operations of the system working properly at this time. With the old filter, the system could not breathe, causing the system to go out on high pressure. At this time, customer is reviewing estimates and will reach back out after Christmas.
