I had a leak spring up under my bathroom sink & needed a “reputable” plumbing company. TE Certified came highly recommended & I was able to schedule service quickly to work around my crazy schedule. Came out because the customer was concerned about her heat working only some of time. After performing a full diagnostic check of the system. We found that the 2017 package unit had a bad crankcase sensor as well as a bad ambient temperature sensor. The solenoid on the reversing valve is also bad so the reversing valve e will need replaced. We disabled for now so that the customer can get some heat in the house. We will need to replace these parts to get the system working to specifications. the part need to be ordered. According to the York office it will take 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
Met with customer and spoke with them regarding their issue. Customer showed us inside and to the kitchen where their garbage disposal was leaking from the bracket. Customer is selling the home and the inspector pointed out the leak. Customer had already purchased a new disposal so we presented him with an estimate to install a customer supplied disposal. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Unplugged old disposal and disconnected the dishwasher drain and p-trap. Removed the old disposal and the old bracket. Installed new American Standard disposal and tested thoroughly after install was completed. Filled sink with water and allowed it to drain. Ran disposal. No leaks. Disposal is functioning properly at this time and customer is satisfied. Customer paid for today’s service with a card.
Called out for backed up toilet on bottom floor, object in the line, ran cable to clear out downstairs toilet, blockage was unknown, tested with paper and water multiple times, line is open and flowing at this time
Performed diagnostic on ameristar 8yr old heat pump, upon arrival customer stated heat wasn’t coming on at all, checked tstst, already in heat mode, upon going inside attic, found unit not running, checked voltage, no 240v, checked disconnect, no voltage, went to basement to check main breaker, found 50amp breaker with no voltage, can hear breaker chattering, recommend replacing breaker to continue diagnostic to see if anything else is having issues with unit, customer declined, stated heat wasn’t coming will replace breaker himself, unit still not working at time, recommend homecare for both units, also spoke about better indoor air quality, left brochure
For this job, I did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner discovered no leaks on the water main service or inside the home. Homeowner showed me his bill and revealed that the only time he has any water loss is in the middle of the night I checked his pressure it was over 100 psi. Homeowner has a failed PRV and I have quoted him to replace the one he has.
Called out to inspect areas that had potential leaks in the house potentially from downstairs hallway, toilet and upstairs jack and Jill sink on the right found areas were leaking gave estimates to do work. Customer agreed performed work tested with no leaking at this time.

as we arrive today Mrs. Campbell explain to us that she would like to remove an existing floodlight and replace it with a new ring flood light. She also wants to move the light that we took down to the backyard where we would have to install a new switch leg for that light. Mrs. Campbell decided to go ahead and replace the existing light for now. I’m leaving an estimate for the new switch leg and light to be installed in the back. Performed diagnostic on 16yr old York unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t heating properly, stated it would run for a few minutes and shut down, checked tstst, already in heat mode, upon goin in attic unit was on and heating, noticed no flood protection, explained the importance of flood protection to stop ceiling damage from water back up, after running for about 8 min unit shut down and gave 4 flashes( high limit open), inspected furnace, checked heat exchanger see a lot of rust but no visible cracks, explained there could still be hairline cracks from all the rust, found blower wheel heavily impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, also explained blower can still fail after cleaning, blower capacitor checked ok, inducer motor over amping 1.20/1.06, recommend replacing inducer motor , duct are heavily impacted, recommend duct cleaning, as well as indoor air quality such as apco x, spoke with customer about home care options, went over all repair options customer chose opt
Came out to a no heat on a single system 2003 gas furnace. After diagnosing the system I found the flame sensor wasn’t proven flame. I clean the flame sensor a ran the system for 30 minutes. The system is running according to specifications.
