I had an amazing experience with TE Certified and their EV charger installation service. Carlos was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He treated my property with so much respect that you wouldn’t even know he had been there! Everything was installed perfectly and seamlessly. homeowner had us out today because the system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed that the system is currently set to off. Tenant informed us that the system does not run even when they set it for cooling. We checked the indoor system and noticed that the emergency drain panel was full of water and the main drain was clogged. We also noticed that the outdoor system needed to be clean and there was a capacitor that needed to be replaced due to low readings. Spoke with homeowner about repair options. Homeowner decided to just get drain cleaned for now.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
