AMAZING Service

I had an amazing experience with TE Certified and their EV charger installation service. Carlos was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He treated my property with so much respect that you wouldn’t even know he had been there! Everything was installed perfectly and seamlessly. I highly recommend TE Certified, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Carlos!

Performed diagnostic on carrier heat pump, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t heating, checked all 3 thermostats, made sure was configured correctly, checked zone board as well, all checked ok, cycled all thermostats to heat mode, unit started up, heat pump was very loud, upon inspection of air handler found suction line completely frozen all the way back to heat pump, explained unit would have to thaw completely, continued to inspect heat pump, checked wiring, also tried manually getting reversing valve to shift , only getting a click, stuck reversing valve, recommended replacing reversing valve, explained to customer they can use emergency heat to get some heat but also explained the colder it get outside the lets heat the heat strips will put out, will have to call and get part and availability, left heat pump disconnected but customer does have emergency heat at time

homeowner had us out today because the system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed that the system is currently set to off. Tenant informed us that the system does not run even when they set it for cooling. We checked the indoor system and noticed that the emergency drain panel was full of water and the main drain was clogged. We also noticed that the outdoor system needed to be clean and there was a capacitor that needed to be replaced due to low readings. Spoke with homeowner about repair options. Homeowner decided to just get drain cleaned for now.
